Recently, I had a chance to try out some of Tropical Tradition's All Natural Insect Repellent. We went blueberry picking twice when we visited my Grandma a couple weeks ago. The first time, we went with no insect repellent, and Katie and I both got chewed up terribly by mosquitoes. The second time, I made sure to apply some of this product and it made a world of difference! I carefully applied it all over Katie, including her face, and she escaped the mosquitoes completely. I used it, but wasn't as careful to apply it thoroughly. I only got bites where I didn't have insect repellent.
I read the ingredient list, and there isn't anything in this stuff that you couldn't safely eat! It's completely natural and safe to use on your face, and you can use it to protect your sweet babies from bug bites without hurting them with nasty chemicals.
