Menu Plan, July 12-July 18
Here's what we're planning to eat this week. We are really enjoying the great prices on produce and have been "splurging" on some seasonal treats, like organic blueberries and rasberries, and other delicious fruits!
Breakfasts: blueberry muffins, baked oatmeal, egg sandwiches
Lunches: sandwiches (PB&J, grilled cheese), snacks, leftovers
Dinners:
Monday~roasted chicken, salad, glazed carrots, seasoned brown rice
Tuesday~Chili, cornbread
Wednesday~leftovers
Thursday~date night
Friday~Ritzy Chicken, steamed green beans, fruit salad
Saturday-Sunday~leftovers or at the farm

Mary Jo. I prepared the blueberry muffins this morning for our breakfast meeting with Pastor Dave, and we had no leftovers to take home. They were a hit. So delicious:) I'm so glad you are posting these recipes. I'm planning to make some in the morning for us:) Love you.
